THE TEAM:
In Sweden the TAM organization consist of 2 teams. We have a team of 8 field staff who maintain our 1350 TV panel, spread across the length and breadth of Sweden. We have team of 8 office based staff supporting the recruitment, selection and maintenance of this TV panel and in the collection, processing and delivery of the TV data to clients.

THE JOB:
As an Operations Assistant you will be part of the office based team and will together with your 8 colleagues perform the more technical aspects of the TAM business.

Your tasks will among others be:
- TAM data processing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients.
- Maintaining quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends
- Interacting with global teams on a daily basis.
- To be a part of the on-call service, being on a rolling schedule for on-call nights and weekends.
- Performing adhoc tasks as are necessary.
- Supporting and maintaining audio referencing equipment ensuring their constant availability.
- Data analyzing ? respond to internal and external data queries.
- Performing technical deep-dive analysis; including panel checks, raw viewing data level checks, reference site checks, etc.
- Creating reports and communicating to colleagues and clients
- Automating processes by developing applications and scripts

THE PERSON
We are looking for an experienced and flexible candidate with a technical education, strong interpersonal skills and the will to work on-call every 3-4 weeks.

In more details we are looking for a candidate that has:
- A university degree in technical/mathematical field or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Three years working experience in a relevant role.
- Programming and scripting skills; including VBA, Excel, SPSS an advantage
- Good knowledge of Statistics and numeracy skills an advantage
- Excellent command of English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
- Base level of knowledge on Linux operating system an advantage.
- Good knowledge on Windows operating systems (including MSOffice platform).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective relationships with other stakeholders.
- The ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Effective communication skills - able to communicate the information with clarity and precision.
- It is an advantage not mandatory if you have understanding in TV broadcasting technology: Digital terrestrial TV, Satellite TV, Cable TV, CAM, SmartCard and encryption systems.
