Job description
As Client Solution Owner you will capture the client requirements. Knowing our products and their capabilities you will guide the client towards a technical solution that secures the Clients? business value at the lowest effort. You will create, prioritize and maintain the backlog of functionality to customize and ensure the team builds the right thing. As Client Solution Owner you will cooperate with our project manager and the team of developers which do the customization work to provide airline pilots and flight attendants with customized web & mobile solutions.

Your work will have a direct impact on the lives of thousands of airline and rail crew members all over the world, by providing them, literally, at their fingertips, with different capabilities of affecting their schedules.

You will work closely with our clients and customize the application to their business environment and it is vital that you are good at handling client expectations and building long-term customer relations.

You will be based in Göteborg and be required to spend a fair portion of your time travelling.

To deliver superior value to the customer in this international environment communication is key and it?s important to connect and team-up both with the clients, with the development team and other stakeholders.

We are looking for a person who is a natural talent in building and maintaining relationships. You are outgoing and social in different professional contexts. You are calm and stable and can stay focused on the right things during periods of change. You should be business minded and have talent for cooperating with clients from different cultures.

In order to discuss and commit to technical solutions you must have solid technical knowledge. We will provide training in airline business and our products. If you are the right person you will learn quickly.

Requirements
- MSc in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 2-5 years of professional experience of web and mobile application development
- 1-3 years professional experience of Java
- Excellent communication skills in English, speaking and writing
- Experience of working directly with clients and managing their expectation

Nice to have
- Requirements management knowledge and experience
- Knowledge and experience in User Experience Design
- Enthusiasm for Agile software development
- Swedish and other languages on top of English
