As an Onsite Technician within the Digital department at Polestar, you will be part of a Global Service Desk team supporting their local enterprise at Polestar HQ in Gothenburg. The overall goal for the Service Desk is to provide a stable, efficient and constantly improving service, acting as the interface between Polestar end-user community and the services they consume. You will be providing business productivity by performing direct support for Polestars enterprise users managing incidents from request to resolution

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As an Onsite Technician, you will support Polestar's local enterprise at Polestar HQ in Gothenburg. Local Onsite is the 2nd level of support mainly working with incidents and requests that require an onsite presence when the issue is not possible to solve by Service Desk and/or remote tools. The team is also entitled and knowledgeable for deeper troubleshooting when needed. You will for example:

* Have the opportunity to work in different technical areas providing support for both hardware as well as software related issues.
* Interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications
development to restore service and/or identify the correct core problem
* Perform escalation through established Incident Management process.
* Participating and assisting in setting up equipment for local Town Halls (within and
outside the office)
* Constantly striving to improve end-user satisfaction and contributing to developing the service.
* Proactively work with knowledgebase improvements and Incident analysis

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* High level of basic IT competence within PC (Win7, Win10), Mac (MacOs), Mobile (iOS, Android), Network/Infrastructure and Cloud.
* A technical interest and a will to learn more about automated networks and cloud-based solutions.
* Experience from working in IT-operations and support. The most important thing is not that you have long experience in the field but the right qualities and the will to develop.
* Unhindered in Swedish and English, both speaking and writing.

It is also meritorious if you have experience of:

* Microsoft Surface Hubs, Jamf, Azure and Intune.
