Job description
For our client we are looking for a senior product designer to join a cross functional team based in Stockholm. Our client develops mobile apps that connect to kitchen and laundry appliances but also robotic vacuum cleaners, air purifiers and more. Historically the appliance industry has been all about hardware. Your role would be to help our client combine software with hardware to create meaningful, data driven experiences for global consumers.

Responsibilities
• Design beautiful, accessible software products - from concept to implementation
• Bring concepts to life with lo-fi & hi-fi prototypes (and know when a simple sketch will suffice)
• Work with, and help evolve, the clients design language system and pattern library including iconography, typography, color, space and texture
• Build strong working relationships with other designers globally across the clients organization
• Collaborate with your design, research, product and engineering peers to solve problems for people – where-ever they are in the world

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience with end-to-end consumer product design of mobile apps
• Experience of, agile development process including sprint planning, writing user stories and using HEART metrics and star rating to track success
• Experience of, or interest in, designing voice first user experiences
• Enjoys the challenges of a Build-Measure-Learn environment
• Seeks to engage in constructive design critique with designers and cross-disciplinary partners
• Expert understanding of iOS and Android design guidelines and UX principles
• Toolset includes Zeplin and Adobe XD
• Good spoken and written English
• An online portfolio, or PDF that shows a range of your work
