We are now looking for a talented UI/UX designer ready to create a better tomorrow together with us. We are a multicultural UX team of 30+ passionate minds – designers, researchers and developers - with designs spanning across the entire corporate portfolio, from network, revenue and security management to IoT connect vehicles, 5G smart factories, and fleet management applications. We work on collaborative teams to solve complex challenges and craft iconic experiences. You are a passionate designer with a proven track record of great designs and strategy that meet end-user needs, product requirements and business objectives.

You can take on complex tasks and translate them into intuitive, accessible, enjoyable and easy-to-use design for a world-wide audience, from first-time user to sophisticated expert.

You have the ability to create in a rapid iterative design process, and effectively produce multiple highly polished and professional finished works under tight timelines.

You have an eye for detail and an excellent sense of aesthetics and functionality.

You can lead and build positive relationships across disciplines with designers, developers, product teams, and cross functional partners. This position is for you!

You will report to the head of the Experience Design team at Ericsson Digital Services. The position is placed in Kista (Stockholm), Sweden.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Drive your designs through the whole lifecycle (via user needs, task analysis, personas, storyboards, user flows, prototypes, etc.)
  • Develop meaningful and durable strategies for UX
  • Encourage, motivate, mentor, brief and direct our distributed creative teams
  • Lead UX projects
  • Work closely with development units and product managers
  • Contribute with your designs to the Ericsson Design System

WHO YOU ARE:

  • You have at least 5 years of user interface and visual design experience with Web, desktop, and mobile applications
  • You can produce and deliver designs at various levels of fidelity (e.g. whiteboard flows, Lo-Fi prototypes, pixel-perfect layouts, animated transitions)
  • You have a passion for emerging technologies and hunger to innovate
  • Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of Web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus
  • You are a self-driven person, quick learner and great teammate
