Senior AWS Backend Developer

About the role

As a Senior Backend Developer you will be a key part of the development team. The role will be shaped according to your skills and interests and you will have the ability to grow into new areas and responsibilities as the company and products evolve.The tools and languages we use today are AWS, Linux, Circle CI, Laravel, PHP, Vue.js, Javascript, React Native, BugSnag, AppCenter, Fastlane, Contentful, TensorFlow, Python, Jira, Slack.The Engineering team works with the whole process from design to deployment and operations. We love making improvements and we expect you to share and take part in the continuous learning and development of the team and the company. What you will do

* Develop, architect and maintain the backend part of the products and services to enable a constant scaling of products and customers.
* Manage and evolve production and development environments to enable launching in new markets and a constant improvement of CI/CD capabilities.
* Share knowledge with the team to enable constant learning
* Implement security best practices to ensure compliance and adherence to standards and regulations in the Med Tech area.
* Proactively monitor the environments to ensure that products meet operations related requirements and SLAs
* Participate in improving team processes and agile methodology

Skills & Requirements

* Extensive work experience in software development.
* Extensive experience using AWS services.
* Experience with CI/CD.
* Experience using PHP/MySQL.
* You are comfortable working in cross functional teams and on products with short development cycles and quickly evolving priorities
* You are a friendly and nice person, who wants to do your part in making the world an even better place.

It's a plus if you have

* Experience from the Med Tech area.
* CloudOps experience
* Interest working with customers and other stakeholders
* AI experience and skills
