Description:
You will be our key resources to build up a new application development with our new platform for service provisioning. Key Itil processes to work in is; Application Framework, Application Development, Release and Deployment Management, Service Validation and Testing, Service Asset and Configuration Management and Knowledge Management.
The IT Development Lead is a development expertise in the dedicated functional area and manages detailed and high level design code, developers/coders, system test and system integration test.
The work is normally carried out in close cooperation with IT Solution Expert, business and project owners, project managers, IT Solution Area manager, IT Solution Architect and other technology solution units (including other functional areas) and the vendors. The way of working should as much as possible de done using agile working methods.
Main responsibilities:
· Responsible for build, configuration and test in the functional area
Main duties/tasks (some or several of the specified):
· Management of coding in projects/assignments within the functional area of expertise according to business demands and decided delivery plans
· Performing coding in projects/assignments
· Production and approval of detailed designs
· Designing and deciding code standards for the functional area of expertise
· Securing test of code
Competency and experience:
This position requires an individual that has strong development/deployment experience in Oracle order management solution that streamlines service fulfillment, provisioning and activation, customization and configuration of OSM application in managing and building a workflow and order orchestration process within OSM.
This position requires defining/modifying business rules for provisioning and service activation to the south bound systems based on criteria defined north bound Customer Relationship Management systems. He will be participating in the business requirement analysis sessions, design sessions and builds/configures/enhances the OSM to meet the requirements.
OSM ( Order and Service Management) / UIM ( Unified Inventory Management)
· Oracle SFS Suite of Applications with a focus on UIM, OSM, . Competency with various ESB environments.
· Experience with OSM and its integration with CRM layer and with the UIM application.
· 4 - 6 years of experience in Telecom OSS domain out of which minimum 3-4 years of experience in implementation of Oracle/Metasolve ASAP product Skills technologies required:
· Sound knowledge of telecom domain ? IP and Data in particular.
· Must have excellent skill in Java and J2EE implementation
· Must know Web logic Architecture
· Must have experience of XML, XSLT implementation
· Should know Unix basics
· Advantage if worked with OSM implementation
· Ability to work with crosses functional teams to resolve all dependencies / issues.
· Should possess effective communication skills
Required Experience :
· 4-6 years of experience in Telecom OSS domain out of which minimum 3-4 years of experience in implementation of Oracle/Metasolv Objecte product Skills technologies required:
· Have knowledge of telecom domain ? IP and Data in particular.
· Should have excellent skills in C++ and Java Scripting
· Must have excellent skill in Java and J2EE implementation
· Must know Web logic Architecture
