About the job Our team is a part of Swedbank Lending and responsible for the delivery and service management of several IT applications.

Your main role will be to:

Involve in the development process from start to end
Contribute in analysis, design, development, test and maintenance of our deliveries and services
Together with the team members be responsible for creating IT solutions that fulfill business requirements while following architectural guidelines
Ensure quality awareness and care when designing, building and maintaining software and integrations
Contribute to the new way of working in our agile journey
What you need to succeed You are:

A team player with good cooperation skills
A committed Software Engineer and Pega developer (or from other BPM platform) seeing the business possibilities included on the Pega 8 platform
Self-driven and solution-oriented
Eager to learn the Insurance and Pension business
Experienced in working within an Enterprise environment in a large organization
Fluent in English and have proficient language skills in Swedish, both written and oral
Competence and experiences Solid knowledge and understanding of Object oriented development.
Experience with databases such as Oracle
Experience with enterprise integrations such as Web Services and MQ
Experience of Java/Web development is a plus
Experience in HTML, JavaScript is a plus
Experience with Websphere is a plus
Experience from Insurance business is a plus
You have preferably an academic degree in an appropriate IT discipline.
