Head of technology - Rebtel

The role

REBTEL is looking for a skilled head of technology You will maintain and develop the Rebtle backend, serving more than 1 million customers worldwide. You will be in charge of running the modernisation process of Rebtel backend, keeping the most elevate standards.

Key Responsibilities 

• Leads the backend engineering team
• Keeps the development and the deliveries up to speed in close collaboration with product.
• Recruits great developers for the team
• Sets the culture and enhance cooperation with other teams
• Responsible for all technical aspects of the Rebtel Apps for both Android and iOS and the Rebtel Web

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with modern development practices
• previous experience in similar roles and industry
• Secure experience in software development and still enjoy to code.
• Experience in working with cloud including AZURE and AWS
• Previous experience with . net and vue
• Proven track record of building and running high-performance teams is a plus
