UX developer within R&D to a costumer in Stockholm!

R&D is a part of the OSS division within the costumers technology department. The team’s responsibility is to do high impact innovation, challange the conventional to take the organisation to new levels of efficiency. They develop the next generation OSS with a streamingdata platform for network intelligence, big data, machine learning and AI enabling for a datadriven organisation.

This is the job
Being a R&D UX developer here means that your main responsibilities will be;
• The R&D-team is responsible for the design, development, testing and maintenance of new systems
• Leading technical solutions and design at a high quality level
• Being up to date with and planning implementations in accordance with modern technology
• Working closely with users to ensure the systems usability
• Being involved in architectural planning and ensuring that implementation follows this roadmap
• Continuously improving solutions and the teams way of working to adapt to an evolving market

In order to be successful in this job we believe you;
• have a relevant university degree within computer science or equivalent
• have solid work experience from design and development of graphical interfaces with a high demand of UX, minimum 4 years
• Long experience of web-based frameworks for single-page-applications and PWA such as vju.js, angular.js, React.
• Experience of javascript and preferable popular frameworks for visualisation such as d3.js,three,js,mapbox-gl.js etc
• Experience of data interaction with REST, websockets and streaming with Kafka
• You like to take initiatives, engage in improvement work and do not like to leave questions unanswered
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Swedish and English

It is also positive if you have knowledge in
• Databases, SQL-oriented in particular(Posetgres..) but also NOSQL(Elasticsearch etc)
• Components oriented around data mining/Big data, such as Yarn, HDFS, Hive, Pig
• Frameworks and libraries around Machine learning and AI, such as scikit, Tensor flow, Elastic..
• Design and development in Java, NodeJS, Angular, Python, Golang
• Unix/Linux
• Internet, TCP-IP, routers and switches
• Protocol and methods for handling of ipnetworks ie DHCP, Radius, TR-069, SNMP, CLI/ssh, XML, REST/Json
• Profficiency in the swedish language is greatly appreciated.

As a senior developer at R&D you will develop new exciting systems and solutions. You will be part of an agile team with excellent skills. You are solution driven, have a strong inner drive and the ability to put complex user needs into code. You have experience from developing complex systems and you preferably have network related experience.
