We strive to build and recruit teams that are as Full Stack as possible and are looking for software engineers who are able and motivated to take full end-2-end ownership of our products. To do this, you should feel comfortable to work with all aspects of software engineering: design, development and maintenance, mostly using Java, and including best practices like test automation, clean code, performance engineering, etc. You don't need to know or be an expert in all areas, as there are many skilled colleagues that you can learn from, but you should have the mindset that you wish to learn about and work with all these areas!
