User Experience Designer

Zimpler is a fast growing start-up within the mobile payment industry. By simplifying the purchase experience, and with a focus on ease-of-use, we are already processing millions SEK each week in Sweden and Finland. We are enthusiastic and determined to make Zimpler the next success story.

Now we are seeking a User Experience Designer that will join our team in Gothenburg to take the online payment experience to the next step. As our lead designer you would have a big influence on the future development of our products and our identity.

Responsibilities
Working together with our skilled developers and experienced business team, you will be the key person to make sure that the user experience is effortless, beautiful and consistent. This involves all facets of communication with the user, including web, emails, messages and even printed materials.

Qualifications
We picture that you will at least identify with the following points:

• A strong understanding of user experience design and the web as a medium.
• A self motivated, hands-on approach to getting things done.
• Rock solid design skills.

Meritifications
Yes, we just made that word up. We think it would be great if you also have some of these skills:

• A good eye for simplifying things.
• A drive for perfection and pixel policing tendencies.
• HTML and CSS skills good enough to express your designs.
• Understanding of agile methods and tools.
• Copywriting skills and knowing a few Scandinavian languages would be icing on the cake.
