Production Lead - Live Games

Reporting directly to the Production Director, you will be responsible for shipping new features and building and maintaining high performing teams.

Your role within our Kingdom

• In this role you will be responsible for new Candy features together with one or several teams (up to ~25 people in total). Includes setting delivery goals, production plan, managing risks and facilitating team efficiency.
• Partner with the Production Director and other Production leads to identify how and where to improve the feature delivery process.
• Working together with other Production Leads, participate in developing the framework for collaboration with the Product and Operations organizations.
• As an inclusive leader you are expected to have a strong belief in the importance of collaboration. You drive the product development forward by guiding the teams in sustainable ways of working and a healthy work environment.
• As a Production lead you are encouraged to lead other leaders through exceptionally strong communication skills and supporting a positive, creative, feedback- focused culture. You are expected to manage several internal dependencies across the company to get the job done.
• Collaborating with Product leads you will need to understand the value of a new feature and what it takes to develop the feature. You are responsible for highlighting production challenges and risks as well as suggesting how to address them.

Skills to create thrills

• Highly organized proactive problem solver with good analytical skills.
• Experience with lean/agile product management and methodologies.
• Driven by quality and a modular mindset, encouraging your team members to deliver amazing game features that can easily be tweaked and built upon.
• Having led the production and release and/or service operations of at least one game or live digital product.
• Working within a positive, open- feedback team culture and environment to boost engagement, ownership and accountability.
• Clear and transparent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Able to receive feedback openly and adjust leadership style and way of working.
• Passion for games and digital product development.
• Knowledge of the mobile game market and platforms.
• Experience in leading large teams or other leaders and in aligning towards and executing against product vision and goals at a large scale.

Bonus points

• Understanding and/or experience of F2P business model
• Experience in another development craft such as art, animation, game design, engineering, QA or UX
