Software developer; C++/java/python

On behalf of our client GfK, (org. 556110-3937) we are looking for an experienced software developer with c++, java and python expertis. The position is placed in Stockholm.

DESCRIPTION
GfK is now looking for a Software developer to join the Mobile Insights team in Stockholm on it's journey of Big Data innovation.

The Position
The Mobile Insights data-in team is responsible for developing solutions for collection of mobile IP data and the interpretation of the user activities generating the data. Working in close cooperation with the other development teams ranging from data warehouse to business intelligence the data-in team is part of defining GfK's innovative Big Data platform for reporting on mobile Internet usage. Product definition is done in close cooperation with the system architect and product management, all with the customer in focus.

REQUIREMENTS
You have 5 years experience, ideally as a senior developer, responsible for delivering end-to-end solution for example in the financial industry with real-time analysis of data, industrial automation or complex enterprise system integration. Experience in both traditional "waterfall" projects and agile methods is beneficial.

You have a Master of Science degree in computer science or similar with majors in distributed computer systems or telecommunications. As a person, you are entrepreneurial and thorough, yet open minded and able to drive your responsibilities forward autonomously.
