Connected Services and Solutions here at Scania develops services based on data from connected vehicles to pursue the Scania mission to become the leader in the shift towards a sustainable transport system. More specifically, our team develops a front-end framework for our services with reusable components for scalability, quality and an unified experience.

In our team, we take an end-to-end responsibility together - whatever we build, we need to quality assure, deploy and of course run ourselves. You could consider us operating as a DevSecOps team. As we strive to increase the autonomy of the team, each team member continuously have to develop their skills and competences, which we help each other out with.

We are today a set of front-end/back-end developers and a product owner, looking to strengthen the team with more development power! This is where you come into the picture! We are mainly looking for front-end capabilities, but experience and/or interest in back-end is meriting. If your feel that HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Angular (or basically any JavaScript framework) excites you, this might be the opportunity for you. If you also happen to be familiar with cloud services (AWS specifically) there is definitely nothing wrong with that.

Our organisation, Connected Services and Solutions, consists of several other development teams, meaning that we work cross functional to ensure everything aligns and works together. The organisation as a whole, as well as our team, is multicultural, representing many various backgrounds. Regardless your background, you will fit in. Fluency in English is however a requirement since that is how we communicate.

If you are looking to join a team where we have fun at work, put the customer first, enjoy teamwork and are ready to learn with every new challenge – then you might just be the new team member we are looking for. If so, we are looking forward to your application.
