Operations Engineer

We’re looking for a server whisperer/automator professional to join our Ops team. You’ll be working closely with developers to make all our technology run smoothly, from build systems and CI to production environment.

We expect you to know and love:

• Automation of software development
• Configuration Management
• Continuous builds, tests, delivery, deployment, using e.g. Buildbot
• Amazon Web Services
• Server deployment with Ansible

… and extra plus for experience with

• Scripting with Javascript (e.g. Grunt) and/or Python
• RiakDB, RabbitMQ, HAProxy
• Monitoring and metrics mangling, e.g. with Logstash

Goo Technologies makes Goo Create, an in-browser 3D creation tool that can be used to create games, ad campaigns, product showcases, scientific visualizations or just plain art. We're a well funded start-up of 40-ish emplyees, mostly creative geeks who want to make it easier to create cool stuff for the web. Multinational team, modern stack and Goofy Friday (one full day for pet projects) every other week.

Note: We're not offering relocation as in "you can live in our company owned housing", but of course we'll help you find accommodation, both temporary and permanent, should you be interested in relocating to Sweden. Several of our current employees have done exactly that, and it's gone great.
