What You'll Do

The User Experience Designer is responsible for exceptional designs while focusing on the user first.

A creative person who is motivated by inspirational designs and attention to detail.

The UX Designer should have the ability to evaluate business goals and problem-solve in a dynamic and agile technology environment.

He/she will be part of a small but growing UX team and collaborate with the Marketing, Technology, IT and Ecommerce teams to improve and map the digital customer experience.

  • Design, build and continuously improve all UI & UX across the website and brand by transforming the goals of the business into clean interfaces.
  • Take ideas from the concept to the production stage, using storyboarding, wireframing, prototypes, user flows, guidelines, and other presentation methods.
  • Facilitate workshops and exercises to assist with idea generation and decision-making.
  • Conduct user research in the form of personas, journey maps and assist in developing test plans.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Arts, Interaction Design, Human-computer interaction (HCI).
  • 3-4 years of industry experience in UI and UX design both for web and mobile, with knowledge in qualitative research methodologies.
  • Strong experience with tools like Sketch, InVision, Zeplin and the Adobe creative suite.
  • Understanding and knowledge of the BioPharma and Healthcare industry.
  • The ability to defend design decisions with solid rationales based on UX principles, user research, and product knowledge.
  • Portfolio showing applied knowledge of user-centered design.
