Business analyst for customer iam

Right now, we are looking for a business analyst for Customer IAM. My name is Remco Jansen and I am heading Customer Identity and Access Management at Telia. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.

Your next challenge?

In this role you will create Telia’s new, cloud-native, identity and access management solutions. You’ll be part of a modern development organization where we embrace new technologies and ways of working. We work according to a clear vision and mission and aim to deliver relevant features continuously to our customers and internal stakeholders.

Who are you?

You are a social, communicative person with an excellent ability to listen and understand your stakeholders. You have the skills to quickly capture the essence and document business needs as well as to translate these into concrete user stories for the development team. We’re on a journey to become the new generation telco, which means that you need to be open-minded and not be afraid of change. And to really enjoy your time here, you need to be forward thinking, customer obsessed and truly understand that the solutions you are creating, ultimately will connect people in society to what matters most to them.

• You are self-driven, ambitious and passionate about your work
• You have an efficient and structured way of working
• You dare to give your opinions and make decisions
• You are innovative and open to adopt new technologies and ways of working.

Your experience:

• IAM trends and best practices (preferably Customer IAM in particular)
• IAM protocols and standards (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML2, UMA, SCIM)
• Development in Go, Node.js or Java is beneficial
• Requirements engineering and stakeholder management
• Agile software development (SAFE practitioner preferred)
• Academic degree, preferably within software engineering
• Fluent in English.
