This is a customer-facing role responsible for articulating the value of the IBX solution and properly setting expectations of the delivered result. This is the technical and solution oriented half of the sales team, and in collaboration with the Business Development Manager, is responsible for the technical win in competitive sales situations. This role must understand not only IBX technology, but the technologies adjacent to IBX solutions as well (i.e. SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft and other ERP systems).

You should have the ability to clearly and persuasively communicate, via written work and oral presentations, the benefits of IBX solutions to audiences ranging from IT professionals to senior executives. This role requires accompanying the Account Executive on sales calls, making presentations, developing technical proposals and demonstrations as well as developing strategy to drive account penetration with technical prospects. 

This position requires good communication and presentation skills to gain credibility with the prospect as well as helping determine the solution needed to best meet the prospect's requirements and objectives. This role is involved in both pre- and post-sales activities including long-term customer relationships. The position resides within IBX Consulting to allow for continuous involvement in account management and customer satisfaction.

Main responsibilities

Responsible to structure, build and run an efficient and high qualitative solutioning approach to support the European market.
Work with the IBX Global Presales Manager to ensure a common set of presales tools and methodologies to strengthen the teams and enable cross sharing of specific competencies where needed.
Participate in Business development meetings to strengthen the BD approach from a solutioning perspective
Support joint opportunities with BPO to optimize the solution based on IBX technology and BPO best practice.
Work with Product Management to impact the product roadmap and provide perspective from interaction with customers.

Your Competencies

The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following functional areas: Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Sourcing, Procurement and Payment
Applies a broad knowledge of Procurement and Finance applications, solutions and best practices
Proactive working behavior
Actively seeking for continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to refine existing or develop new methodology & tools and sales-support materials
Adaptable behavioral style to work with different stakeholders, corporations and cultures

Your profile

A proven track record of at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in enterprise software or spend management industry.
Experience in service-based corporate solutions like ASP / Cloud services or other transaction services.
Experience in selling or implementing B2B services and solutions
Experience in technology enabled business transformation projects
Strategy consulting experience is a plus
Strong business and financial acumen
Strong presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem solving ability
BA or BS degree required; MBA or Masters Degree a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Fluent in English, preferably Swedish or German speaker)
Ability to work in a remote team environment and share best practices regularly
Able to travel 1-2 days per week
