Lead Developer Wonderware MES

In this role you are part of the MES Suite & Standard Solution development organization, which develops and delivers world-class automation platforms and services to our customers through Tetra Pak business units, packaging platforms and market companies. The team supports and delivers MES solutions to our customers in cooperation with our market companies. This includes product development engineering, product validation and support to delivering organizations during limited deployment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a domain expert in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Manufacturing Information Systems (MIS) you will technically lead the development of standard and configurable solutions based on Wonderware/AVEVA platform. Within your Scrum team you will work with peers in the MES area, but also interface with various specialists across the Automation and Digital stack, hence you need a good knowledge and understanding on the complete automation domain.

In this role, you take technical ownership of Advanced Information solutions (MIS/MES). You support product development and deployment in Wonderware and AVEVA context, as well as support development teams with requirements and feedback. You integrate Processing, Packaging integration and Performance Services needs, as well as validation and field test of the Tetra Pak PlantMaster™ Automation Platform internally and externally to ensure quality, plus give support to and advise market companies.

WHO ARE YOU?

To take on this role you are experienced in Wonderware and the AVEVA MES product suite, covering the System Platform, MES Operations and Wonderware Skelta Workflow Management. Probably you have worked with several of the products in the suite and got experience of MES systems for production environments, as well as understanding customer operations and can transfer them to standard solutions. We believe that you have experience in MS SQL database and Reporting Services technologies plus C# .Net or other programming languages as well as web application development.

A strong focus on problem solving, quality and results is needed, as well as an interest in new knowledge and techniques. It is natural for you to work both in teams and on your own, and the interest and ability to train, develop and motivate others is important in the role. You like working close to customers and have interest in concepts like digitalisation, IoT and Industry 4.0.
