Test lead

Position Objective:

-Lead the test for the complete project, there will be multiple testers in project
-exploratory testing continuously throughout the projects and the sprints
-Ensure and verify that the data is handled and presented, automatically and manually
-Prepare test data in different environments
-Verify the user interface throughout development
-verify that the business rules are implemented and fulfilled continuously
-Ensure that we follow the GUI design guidelines
-Competence within continuous delivery is required
-Report and follow up on trouble reports in JIRA, re-testing
- Summarize test results

Competence required:
We are looking for someone who has a positive mindset, structured and flexible with focus on delivery on time with high quality. It is desirable if the person lives in Oskarshamn area and can work onsite in Oskarshamn.

Following skill-sets are mandatory:
-University degree in IT and worked for some years in testing with focus on web application testing
-Good knowledge of web service testing and some test automation
-Good understanding of software development lifecycle and testing in agile environments and used methods such as SCRUM or KANBAN
-Test management skills
-Performance test, familiar with creating performance test scenarios maybe even creating the scripts and running them
-Integration testing, interfaces to other systems
-Automated testing
-Continuous delivery
-Behavior driven testing
-Front-end exploratory testing
-Experience from JIRA and ZEPHYR
-worked in multi-cultural environment with a geographically dispersed team in an onsite-offshore model
-Fluent in Swedish and in English, reading, writing and speaking
