Infrastructure Operations Technician - IAM in Gothenburg

Assignment description

We are looking for an Infrastructure Operations Technician with senior experience of Identity and Access management. In this assignment you will work with Identity management tools such as ILM 2007/FIM 2010 /Microsoft Identity Manager, Microsoft Active Directory, IBM Security Identity Manager ( ISIM). You should also have strong knowledge of Power-shell scripting and have experience in Creation, Change, Delete User Accounts, Privileges, and Roles that Includes Management, Administration, and Support of Microsoft Active Directory (AD) Domain Structure.

Key responsibilities

- Management of the IAM services includes knowledge on architecture of FIM 2010/MIM 2016
- Provide operational and engineering support on MIM and other IAM technologies.
- IBM Security Identity Manager knowledge
- Automatic identity and group provisioning based on business policy and workflow-driven provisioning.
- Synchronizing identities between directories, databases, and on-premises applications through common APIs and protocols, Microsoft-delivered connectors, and partner-delivered connectors
- Creation and Modification of new sets and Workflows within MIM.
- Creation of templates, attribute flows, security groups, MPRs etc. using MIM.
- Managing O365 licenses and Troubleshooting related issues.
- Proficient in Power-shell and SQL Queries. Should be able to create power-shell scripts for Bulk reporting and other automation tasks.
- Handling new automation requests.
- Troubleshooting Extensible Management and power-shell MA errors.
- Troubleshooting identity provisioning and Sync issues.
- Monitoring, Maintaining Microsoft Identity Manager/Forefront Identity Manager (MIM/FIM) Infrastructure and Processes including Synchronization Service, Portal Service, Managed Identities and Troubleshooting Workflows.
