Mowida is a recognised Umeå based tech start-up with the mission to revolutionise the real estate rental market with innovative solutions.

We are dedicated in building a modern platform that simplifies the life of landlords and tenants and we firmly believe in the process of co-creating the future solution together with our customers.

At Mowida we have an innovative approach to our working day and working week. We are a multicultural team of 8 team members with 4 different nationalities from the age 15 to 43.

System developer

The role as a system developer requires that you are able to develop a web platform and supporting services in the listed languages without training or active management. You should have at least 2 years experience in delivering components and web sites.

Regarding education we expect that you have completed university or other education-based learning or have relevant level of job experience that includes python development as well as web development.

In addition, we expect you to have used Agile project management techniques – we use Jira Atlassian as our project management platform – so experience with DSDM, SCRUM, Kanban, etc. is a plus.

In addition to being able to deliver on a regular basis at a reasonable tempo we expect that you will also take on board project management whilst the other senior developer(s) are on leave, however this will not be a regular requirement.

We develop on PCs using Windows and Linux. Whilst we do not expect you to be a Linux guru you should have in mind that we will be needing you to run Linux commands, scripts etc.
