Business IT Support Specialist at Scania Credit - Temporary Position
The IT department is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the IT portfolio of Scania Credit from a business demand point of view. Due to parental leave, we are now recruiting for a temporary position, 6 months with a possibility to extend for another 6 months, to strengthen our team within the application support and maintenance organization.
The Business IT Support Specialist mainly focuses on report development and system maintenance of our common systems. You will be driving the support & maintenance work together with two colleagues. Key responsibilities as a Business IT Support Specialist:
.Application Maintenance - handle incidents and change requests
.Documentation - develop and update system documentation
.Report creation - develop business report from our common system
.Projects - participate in business projects as project member
We are looking for a structured and business oriented team member with experience in application maintenance work.Your skills and formal qualifications should preferably include
.A university degree in IT
.At least two years of work experience
.Experience from cross functional IT projects
.Professional fluency in English
It would be beneficial if you have experience from
.View21 suite (Banqsoft)
.MS SQL Server
.Qlikview, MS Reporting Services, Crystal Reports or other reporting tools
.A Financial Services company
The position will mean that you are involved in cross functional projects as well as managing questions from within our international organisation. It is therefore beneficial if you have had experience of prior work in an international environment. Your "can-do" attitude and dedication will be very important for you to be successful in this role.
