Multimind is looking for a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our client’s team withing IOT connectivity and IT operation. This is an exciting consultancy opportunity starting for 6 months and then a great possibility to get over recruited.

Your next challenge? Right now we are looking for Senior Technical competence within the IoT/IT area by concentrating on Operations support. You will work in virtual teams when needed supporting and co-operating towards the commercial business units, stakeholders, and support organizations.

Who are you? For this role, the client is looking for an enthusiastic person with a focus on excellent service operational skills and also who is a real team player with good communication skills and solid operational IT background. You are ready to take challenges to find and resolve issues within the IoT/IT area. Networking with surrounding system stakeholders is crucial for success in this role. You shall proactively drive and propose efficiency changes as well as service improvements from your role within Operations. The client is on a journey to become the new generation telco, which means that you need to be open-minded and not be afraid of change.

Your Experience
University education or equivalent experience

2-5 years of experience from the working area

Good knowledge in Linux

Good skills in scripting languages like Linux shell, PHP, Perl, Python or similar

Good understanding of Oracle DB and MySQL

Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
