We expect you have the following experiences, traits and skills:
- Extensive and deep experience in fullstack software development with React and Ruby On Rails as the main language.
- A good track record for deploying or working in agile software development frameworks
- Good understanding of the conditions of a software-driven product development company: product life-cycle, requirements and roadmaps, adaptations and managing of a client expectation
- Communicative, you are good at arguing for your cause, but are also a good listener
- Diplomatic leadership - can make the most of resources that are not your subordinates
- Fluent in both English and Swedish
