What you will be doing
As an IT-Support Specialist, you will work closely with your team to fulfill the Instabox IT requirements. Your tasks will be to support primary Internal IT support and expansions of our warehouses within Sweden and other countries.

- Provide Internal Office IT support both in HQ at Medborgarplatsen and in our other HUB’s.
- Onboarding new employees with IT equipments
- Managing incidents tickets and dispatch to our Tech teams.
- Clone driver phones
- Suggest improvements if and when needed

Who you are
We see that you are a person with basic IT skills, who wants to learn and develop yourself. You are a social person and you like to help other people. You are used to working reactively and proactive as well.

- Good knowledge of MacOS and Apple IOS.
- Experience to work with Google Suite or similar.

- Basic knowledge of LAN and WiFi
- Merit if you have been working with Meraki or similar MDM systems.
