Join us as a Senior Producer to help shape King’s future as we diversify our portfolio of games, working on the development of amazing new titles!

Reporting directly to the Executive Producer, you will be responsible for product development, building & maintaining a high performing team & player satisfaction.

Your role within our Kingdom

• Partner with the Executive Producer to build & maintain a strong, efficient, high performing team while delivering on product goals. You will do this by leading one or several cross- functional teams.
• As an inclusive leader you are expected to have a strong belief in the importance of collaboration. You drive the product development forward by guiding the teams in sustainable ways of working & a healthy work environment.
• In this role you will manage a backlog together with your team, set product goals, manage risks & facilitate team communication. This means that you will need to have an understanding of where we are today, where we want to go, what is preventing us from getting there & what needs to be done.
• You will be an active member of the core production group for the game together with the Executive Producer, Lead Game designer, Tech Director, Art Director & Agile coach where you drive the vision of the game together.
• As a Senior Producer you are encouraged to lead other leaders through exceptionally strong communication skills & supporting a positive, creative, feedback- focused culture. You are expected to manage several internal dependencies across the company to get the job done.

• Real passion for games & product development.
• Having led the development, release and/or service operations of at least one game or live digital product.
• Working within a positive, open- feedback team culture & environment to boost engagement, ownership & accountability.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Able to receive feedback openly & adjust leadership style & way of working.

Bonus points

• Experience in leading large teams or other leaders in aligning towards & executing against product vision & goals.
• Experience of managing a full game lifecycle from ideation to post- launch production.
• Understanding &/or experience of F2P business model
• Experience in another development craft such as art, animation, game design, engineering, QA or UX
• Experience in managing outsourcing or to lead distributed teams/development
