Description
The client needs a top-class, experienced web app analyst to help support building analytics tools for our new in store digital products.
This work includes data visualization in interactive dashboards and data analysis to support product teams in interpreting the data correctly and efficiently.
The scope of the consultant services is to assist in;
- Analyze reports based on data to generate insights that can support, challenge or inspire product teams in their product development
- Build visualizations in interactive dashboards with state-of-the-art UX/UI incl. filtering and dril downs
- Pro-actively collaborate with Product owners to shape what analytics are being built
- Manage expectations among all stakeholders by leading the communication
- Secure that the analytics design fulfills business requirements and that the analytics lead to actions/decisions taken
- Support/drive requirements definition together with Product Owners in selected area(s).
- Play an active role in handling stakeholder needs and expectations.
The consultant has to provide expertise within Data Analysis, expert capability in data handling and visualization as well as making sure that the analytics built are meaningful and actionable.
Mandatory competence and experience:
- Strong experience in web app analytics
- Hands-on experience with relevant tools (e.g., Data Studio, Google Analytics)
- Working independently with strong quality control of own work
- Ability to quality check, clean, transform, and analyse data to derive relevant and accurate insights
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Data Studio or similar
- Strong experience in SQL, ideally in context of cloud solution such as Google Analytics and BigQuery
- Detailed knowledge of all ecommerce business processes is a must
- Facilitating, planning and managing workshops and activities to define business needs for analytics
- Knowledge in project management and change management
