We are looking for a Graphical Designer to join our Corporate Marketing department.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The Marketing Communications team is responsible for strategic elements of branding and marketing, ensuring consistency in marketing communications throughout the organization. We produce marketing materials such as collateral, illustrations, advertisements, newsletters, web banners, booth panels and videos, and are responsible for different events.

We are looking for a graphical designer with strong conceptual and creative thinking with experience in digital marketing. As graphical designer, you will create and refine design concepts and ideas together with marketers, sales and engineers. You will be responsible for visualize and communicate products, solutions and services, and adapt the designs based on target group and different marketing channels. You see the big picture and ensure visuals and communication are consistent.

The role will include work such as:

* Create layouts and finalize designs and images for print and digital.
* Initiate digital ideas for marketing communication.
* Develop designs for booth panels and wall images.
* Coordinate design assignment internally and with external vendors.
* Find new images and ensure images are in line with our brand personality.
* Involvement in different efficiency projects and administrate image storage.
* Support our Marcom helpdesk function during peaks.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
You excel in all aspects of graphic design, especially in within digital. You are a visual explorer for all digital things, graphic excellence and user experience. You have the ability to explore and promote your ideas, create visual concepts and understands target group. You are accurate, have an eye for design, typography and images.

You should be able to work independently, handle multi-tasking work and plan your tasks based on different deadlines. You have great interpersonal skills and you are good team-player.

We believe you have several years of relevant experience and a higher education in graphic design, visual design, art direction or similar. Experience working with digital marketing deliverables and booth design are essential.

You must have work experience and in-depth knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft office (especially PowerPoint). You are fluent in both Swedish and English.

CORPORATE MARKETING DEPARTMENT
Corporate Marketing is responsible for the global marketing strategy and planning, in accordance with the company’s overall goals and business strategy. Marketing communications is part of the Corporate Marketing department, where the team also cooperates with academy, partner marketing, segment- and product marketing. Marketing communications supports all subsidiaries with graphic and digital related designs.
