Software Engineer

Join us in shaping the future! We are now looking for a Software Developer to join G+D Mobile Security Sweden AB for a permanent position based in Stockholm.

Job Summary:

Our scrum teams in the Stockholm office consist of developers, testers, product owners and product architects. Together we are creating the future of mobile security. G+D is a global leader in Over-the-Air (OTA) management software designed to provide mobile network operators with an improved understanding of their subscribers and efficient management of the SIM cards, terminals, and mobile applications on their networks, such as AirOn Subscription Management. This product makes a remote switch of mobile subscriptions possible on a SIM card which is already deployed on the mobile device, as for example in a smart watch or a car. This simplifies the process of switching between mobile operators.

In this position you will work closely with the product owner, scrum master and other developers and testers in a scrum team. At times, you will interact directly with our internal and external customers to troubleshoot an issue or to discuss a new product requirement.

You will work in an agile environment and analyze requirements, design and implement new features and system requirements in a server application. You will have the possibility to work with and improve your skills in Java, Spring, Tomcat, REST API, Splunk, Elastic Search, Docker, Couchbase and more!

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

· B.Sc/M.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent level

· Programming skills in Java and JUnit

· Some experience with Maven, Springboot applications, RESTful WS, JSON api

· Some experience with NO SQL

· You have been working with Agile disciplines such as Scrum

· Excellent skills in English

Bonus Qualifications

· Experienced with GIT, Jenkins, Docker, Couchbase and SQL

· You have experience from building and growing software products over repetitive iterations

· You are familiar with the generic requirements on a stable and scalable server software

· Experience from Test Driven Development

· Experience from telecom software industries

· Experience in Linux/Solaris shell scripting

· You are passionate about programming

· It is natural for you to take initiatives

· You enjoy working closely with other colleagues in a team of test engineers and software developers and to learn and to share your knowledge with others

· You are comfortable with representing your team or company in external contexts
