This is the job

Customer Service has about 7 million customer contacts per year. Our mission is to give our agents the tools they need to be awesome when helping our customers.

You and your team will shape our solution in modern technologies. Working with stakeholders, users and other teams to build, innovate, continuously improve both our product and our ways of working.

We work dev-ops and continuous delivery, we put value to production several times per day.

Some of the technologies we use: React/Redux, Java 11+, Spring boot, Micro services, Micro frontends.

Who you are

• Wants to work fullstack in an autonomous team

• Have good knowledge of JavaScript, Java, React or other JavaScript framework

• Have an agile mindset

• True team player

• Have experience of continuous delivery

• Have experience of working with REST-based micro services

• Speaks and understands Swedish (at least on a basic level)

We are looking for people who want to work in teams that take joint ownership in coding, lift each other, pair/mob program and take great responsibility together. To be successful in this position we see that you have at least 3 years of experience within above techniques.

We also see it as an advantage if you have Java 11+, Kubernetes & Docker.
