Digital Project Manager within Life Science

Now we are looking for a Digital Project Manager with drive, warmth and interest in the Life Science industry to join us. A people person with an end-user perspective who thrive in a setting where many things are going on. As project manager at Semcon you will lead cross functional teams with designers, business analysts and developers all focused on delivering outcomes that makes a difference in peoples’ lives.

With more than 35 years in the industry and a knowledge of its unique requirements we are a strong partner with great expertise within Medtech and Pharma.

Within the Life Science industry we’re developing medical devices that make it easier for people to feel better. And live their lives the way they want to. We combine expertise in the fields pf product development and design, validation and digital solutions in order to develop technical solutions that are easy to use, safe and connected, offering the best possible user experience. What you’ll do

- Enabling the team to move in the right direction
- Following up progress
- Communicating with clients
- Facilitating workshops
- Budget tracking, yep sorry :-)
- Continually work to optimise agile working practices
- Having fun!

We look beyond your resume, but here is a starting point.

- You have a relevant academic background
- Excellent agile project management skills
- Experience from digital service development / digital marketing
- 5+ years of project management
- Fluent in both swedish and English, in speaking and in writing
- Some years of experience from the Life Science industry
- Knowledge of GXP regulations
- Used to work in global settings
- Used to facilitate workshops and present to management at various levels
- Ability to grasp new domains fast
- A way of installing good vibes into others
- Strong merit if you have a certification in PMI, IPMA or prince2
