Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

As a part of the Software Engineering Quality Assurance Chapter you are defining and implementing quality assurance and testing activities within our development teams. In your daily duties you are part of our cross-functional development squads that play an integral part in the implementation and deployment of all Voi products.

WORKING TASKS

• Main focus is to test UI and API of Voi’s apps and services
• Testing is both manual tests and writing automated tests
• Suggest solutions to identified product problems
• Promoting use of TDD and BDD in the development process.
• Reviewing different Squad's test cases as part of the quality process.
• Taking part in refining different features’ requirements.
• Oversee continuous improvement projects

ABOUT YOU

• Proven relevant work experience in testing of web and native mobile applications.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, XRay, Confluence and Testrail.
• Experience working with various frameworks and tools like Selenium, Appium, Postman, Object-Oriented Programming and GitHub etc.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great organisational skills and ability to self-organise and prioritise daily tasks.
• Work experience in Agile/Scrum environment.
• Basic knowledge in Java, Javascript and C# is desirable.
• Experience in testing Embedded application is desirable.
• UI and API Automation testing experience would be plus.
• ISTQB Foundation or equivalent is a plus.
