Job Description
As a Software Engineer for Build and Test Automation you will be part of a system team supporting two agile release trains that develop instrument clusters for cars and motorbikes. Ensuring a high degree of automation in the continuous integration toolchain for the platform is at the heart of this assignment. This involves the build and packaging process, FOSS and security scans as well as the automated analysis of the resulting reports. You will be part of the team in Lund and collaborate closely with developers here and at international locations.
Qualifications
The candidate we are looking for has a broad competence within build & test automation and is familiar with configuration management and continuous integration. We expect you to have previous work experience within the described area.
It is an advantage if you have experience from working with configuration management in complex settings preferably from a larger business. You have a high level of service, act as a team player, and enjoy problem solving. Profound knowledge in Python is a base, experience from other scripting languages is considered a merit.
We expect you to be self-sufficient and structured. You thrive in a changing environment and are eager to learn something new each day, try out new approaches and share your learnings. Since you will be in contact with companies in other countries, it is important that you have good knowledge of English in both speech and writing.
