Arbetsuppgifter:

Responsibilities:
In the position as Lead Developer you take a large responsibility in building DBT’s new platform. DBT’s ambition is to make the new platform both personal and scalable and you will be a front figure in working with the structural design. You will drive the development of a modern and effective backbone for web applications, data intelligence and SaaS integrations.

As you will be working in a startup company you will work hands on with the code and build the platform. You will also act as an expert and help the rest of the tech team, comprised of 5 people today. Finally, as the Backend Lead you will act as the right hand and report directly to the CTO.

Profil:

Experience and personal characteristics:
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree within Information Technology
• At least 8 years of experience as a backend developer, experience working in the finance industry is an advantage
• Experience working in a cloud environment, such as Azure or AWS
• Experience working in Java and SQL. Experience in Python is seen as an advantage
• Fluent in English
• Experience in frontend technologies as JavaScript is an advantage

For this position the personal characteristics are important. We believe that you are a person who takes the responsibility for projects and can work independently. Furthermore, you like solving difficult technical problems both on your own and together with a team. Since DBT is a startup company, you are required to cooperate with the rest of the tech team and the rest of the company. Additionally, you are a person who has good communicative skills and you are curious to learn about DBT’s business.
