Product Manager

Who are we

A proud team of 18 from 9 different countries, we strive to provide farmers around the world with reliably better yields at lower costs. Using our satellite based fertiliser prescriptions farmers save 30% of fertilizers and increase their yields by 3-5%. At the same time, we are able to make a substantial impact on the environment. Currently, we reach out to the equivalent of triple Sweden’s growing area, working across Europe and Asia. Within this customer base, we can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 1.3 million tonnes of CO2 per year, about the same as Maltas’ yearly emissions.

What you will do

At Vultus we believe in two things, stress free farmers and the kind of environment you want to pass on to your children. To aid our fight for a greener planet and happier farmers, our products play a central role. At the heart of our innovation is, you, our data driven Product Manager.

You will oversee the entire process from immersing yourself in the many challenges farmers face, to channeling the teams passion to create products that solve them. This includes:

• Defining production strategy and goals
• Customer testing with farmers
• Managing product teams
• Designing the product experience, including UI
• Tracking and improving KPIs for product releases

Your experience

• 3 years experience with product management and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills and experience with UX design
• Experienced managing product teams
• Experience with growth KPIs and customer validation
