IT user support

The service unit has the task of offering Biashara's clients easily accessible and

needs-adapted service and support. The unit handles the areas of telephone service, IT

Helpdesk, service center and IT user support.

Periodically, we need reinforcement in our Service Center and we are looking for you

who:

The tasks will include:

• Answer questions of a general nature that are asked to Biashara in all channels.

• A special emphasis is placed on information and enlightenment regarding IT

issues.

• Telephony and exchange service as well as telecommunications administration.

• Delivering world-class IT support

• Sales of products.

What are we looking for?

• 9-10 years of experience in a similar role

• Previous experience as a web administrator with printed media.

• Experience supporting Cloud and Iaas, PaaS, SaaS Applications and SSO,

including Google G Suite.

• Previous experience with hardware and software maintenance.

• Experienced in supporting macOS, Unix and Windows-based systems and love

to give personal, customer focused support to help people solve technical

problems.

• Experience with VPNs

• Extensive knowledge and interest with networking (LAN/WAN/WLAN/) and

IT security.

• Previous experience

• Service-oriented and solution-oriented.

• Committed and energetic.

• Experience with WordPress

• Flexible, able to quickly switch between tasks

• Ability to gather information and stay up to date

• Ability to lead conversations and create good relationships

• Knowledge in web development

• Fluent in English, verbal and written.

• Fluent in Spanish, verbal and written.
