Cloud Integration Developer

The CRM and Marketing Solutions unit at If P&C Insurance is advancing its capabilities in data driven marketing and supporting a digital first strategy. In order to create customer-centric solutions in this area we utilize many data sources and turn them into event-driven personalized solutions with high business impact.

As a Cloud Integration Developer you will work closely with a highly motivated team of developers. The focus will be on developing our data integrations, mainly to and from our digital Marketing Platforms (Teradata CIM, Salesforce and Google Analytics/BigQuery) and also modernize our current integrations into cloud native solutions.

You will get the opportunity to work on new development in both Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Services to explore opportunities in the CRM and digital marketing integration areas. You will be developing and maintaining our integration framework that includes state of the art technology including Docker/Kubernetes microservices and open APIs with a full set of interesting Azure technologies including Function apps, Cosmos DB, various kinds of Azure storage, Service buses/queues. The solutions are utilizing a mix of Public and Private Cloud solutions with a focus on new development using Azure or Google Cloud Services. This role offers lots of freedom, under responsibility, in choosing the way to solve problems. We love tech!

These will be your tasks

• Develop and maintain data integrations to and from our campaign management and digital marketing automation solutions including integrations towards internal and external channels (digital sites, email, sms, telemarketing)
• Develop our inbound marketing and real time decision-making capabilities related to our ongoing shift from offline channels to online channels. This includes working with web behaviour data, real-time decision making and website personalization.
• Design, develop and maintain new CRM related solutions for example building microservice interfaces that other solutions and partners can utilize.

We believe you have experience in these areas

• C# experience (senior level) and solid object oriented programming skills
• .Net and Azure development skills (we use ARM templates, Function apps, Data Factory, Azure Storage, Web APIs)
• Extensive SQL and Database experience

It’s great if you also have

• Experience with Digital Campaign and Customer Journey management (Salesforce, Adobe Campaign or Audience Manager, Teradata CIM and similar).
• Container experience (Docker or Azure Container Service) and Kubernetes
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and/or Google BigQuery
• Front-end experience in React.JS
• Linux or Windows server maintenance skills (DevOps experience a plus)
• Some experience with ETL

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Computer Science or another technical/mathematical discipline with some Computer Science experience
• Excellent English language skills (oral and written)
