Solution architect OBI

Responsibilities

 Design the vision and roadmap for information delivery and management; including the enterprise data warehouse, big data, BI & analytics, data governance & data management concepts

 Apply business strategy while driving technology strategy

 Project Management of Data and Analytics initiatives within interdisciplinary teams

 Drive Architectural Design and Review processes for projects in your area of responsibility

 Build a network with key business stakeholders to guide them with the use of the data landscape and collect feedback for continuously evolving the solutions Build data pipelines to pull together information from different source systems; integrating, consolidating and cleansing data; and structuring it for use in individual analytics applications and other operational uses

 Design, develop, and implement architecture and processes to populate and store data for use by data analysts and integrations with other operations

 Work closely with other data analysts to coordinate the use of end-user tools to facilitate the analysis and reporting process

 Be a consultant for projects, products and initiatives when it comes to data topics

 Work together with IT enterprise architects in order to help to implement the data model and any other data aspects into the system landscape

 Understand and promote meta-data management and data modelling

Skills

 Minimum 6 years of managing information management solutions and end-to-end development life-cycle support

 Proven track record of delivering enterprise data warehouse, big data, BI & analytics, data governance and data management with a large numbers of end users

 5 years Experience with two or more solutions in any of the following areas: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Azure Synapse and Datalake, SQL DW, SAP HANA, SAP Analytic Cloud, Hadoop, Power BI, Oracle OBIEE, SAP Business Objects, SAS and other Analytics Vendors with BI components. Knowledge of Oracle stack is advantage.

 Good understanding of extract, transform and load (ETL) tools and REST-oriented APIs for creating and managing data integration jobs

 Metadata & data governance suits (e.g. Informatica, IBM, DAG, Collibra and Metadata Bridges)

 Data Integration (e.g. Informatica, Talend, Ab Initio and IBM), data virtualisation (e.g. Composite/Tibco and Denodo), visualization & BI (e.g. Microsoft, Cognos, MicroStrategy, Power BI, OBIEE, Hyperion)

 Advanced data analysis skills (Data Profiling, PL/SQL for Oracle, ETL Tools, Reporting tools like OACS) is an advantage

 You’re able to drive and embed lean and agile approaches and provide an environment enabling the team to innovate and to grow our business

 Experience working in an agile environment and demonstrate a growth mindset through personal and professional development

 Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to explain complex topics for basic level

 Fluent in English

 Experience of working with CXO level in competitive environment
