Our Exciting Opportunity

Ericsson Digital Services helps service providers prosper in the digital economy. From enhancing the way service providers engage with their customers to automating operations, we're helping service providers reach new levels of programmability, access and agility – levels that digital natives call home. We provide solutions consisting of software and services in the areas of Digital Business Support Systems (BSS), Operational Support Systems (OSS), Cloud Communication, Cloud Core, and Cloud Infrastructure. The portfolio is focused on 5G-ready, cloud-native, automated and industrialized solutions to secure a smooth digitalization journey towards 5G.

Ongoing digitalization, together with virtualization and the introduction of 5G, is driving new opportunities for service providers. It gives possibilities to capitalize on the investments better by programming and slicing 4G and 5G networks for specific consumer and industry needs. It also gives possibilities to automate operations and become radically more efficient, and to serve and engage with customers digitally.

Radio products are key to the Ericsson business. Many variants of radios need to be delivered to our customers based on frequency bands and combinations thereof available to them in different markets. In addition, sites where the radios are to be placed are not fit to provide our users with the capacity they request, thus new radio realizations and ways of doing things need to be invented and adopted.

Algorithms that handle the hardware characteristics and impairments are important to the performance of the radio products. Mathematics, data analytics, machine learning, digital design, software and scripting skills and understanding of air interface performance are some of the competencies required in our team to deliver special algorithms. Curiosity and interest in these different aspects backed with strength in one or more of the areas is essential for you to excel in our team. We are looking for senior Radio Algorithm Developers.
