Our client, within electronic industry, is now looking for an UX-designer with Digital Experiences and Eco-System Thinking as base, who have a natural relationship to your destined user and you’re sincerely interested in their needs, expectations and behaviors and know how to step into their situation. You have a good understanding for user-centered design and simply have it in you, the concept of great User Experiences with strong capabilities in transforming your ideas into suitable formats to effectively communicate them – in 2D, 3D, animated, video, interactive, physical, prototyping - and last but not least -through well thought arguments. However you also know when to take a holistic perspective and step outside the “digital frame”, looking to “non digital” aspects of the user’s interactions. You’ll be working with Digital Experiences in a context where physical and digital blend or coexist. You’ll be a core part of the UX-team where you’ll be actively involved throughout the entire interface development process. The work spans across our full range of appliances and digital touch-points, with a wide breadth of different interfaces and interaction models. The team is involved in everything from feature definition, idea generation, conceptualization, protoyping and testing to implementation and usability research. You’ll be working project based, in close collaboration with functions within the Design Organization. These entities involve for example Hybrid UX Designers, Interaction Designers, Software Developers, Prototypers, App Developers, User Researchers, Industrial Designers - as well as with other counterparts or stakeholders such as Engineers, Product Owners and Project Managers.
Key Activities:
• In different projects – often several in parallel – collaborate in teams consisting of a mix of different disciplines, to co-define specs, designs, layouts, prototypes and details.
• Collaborate with Software Developers and App Developers around prototypes and implementation.
• Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually.
• Create and implement designs, screen layouts, user interface elements, icons, color palettes and graphic assets following patterns and specifications already in place in our Design System.
• Create presentations and present deliverables to the team and stakeholders both in person and in video conferences.

Kvalifikationer
- You have an academic degree and/or program: Focusing in the field of User Experience (UX), Interaction Design (IxD), Service Design, Human-Computer, Interaction (HCI), Visual Design or Graphic Design.
- You have experience from working with various areas of design. Breadth is always good.
- You have worked as a UX/interaction/ visual/graphic designer.
- You have experience from working with coherent User Experiences across various touch points. Eco-system thinking.
- You have experience from different interface- and interaction design contexts and platforms.
- It’s positive if you have experience from designing in the field of Domestic Appliances
- Its an advantage if you have experience from simple programming, prototyping platforms, mobile app development or if you have worked with development of physical electronic products.
