We are looking for a charismatic backend or full stack JAVA Software Engineer to be part and help us expand our consulting team. You will work tight with our customers delivering high quality results, creating trustful relations and helping to identify new business opportunities.

Who you are

A backend or full-stack software engineer with strong sense of ownership, entrepreneurial & analytical thinking added to good communication skills to easily network and create trustworthy relationships at customer sites.

You have:

· A degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline

· At least 4 years of working experience

· Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to details, organized and a methodical approach to work

· Good understanding of software engineering best practices

· Fluent in English.

It is a bonus if you also have:

· Knowledge in architecture design methods and patterns, data and API specifications, quality assurance and testing methods.

· Able to mentor or coordinate colleagues if needed

· Experience with Agile software development practices (Scrum)

· CSS Preprocessing – Sass, LESS, or Stylus

· Version Control – GIT

· Responsive Design

· Testing & Debugging – Mocha, Jasmine, Jest

· Automation – Grunt, Gulp

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver high quality software applications / features according to the customer’s scope and timeline plans

• Network with employees at the customer site, establishing strong and trustful working relationships with them
• Act as ambassador of NSC company at the customer, through:
• Be an active listener of what is happening at the customer and their business, and communicate back to the consulting company
• Help uncover new business opportunities at the customer
• Help promote the consulting company and their consultants at the customer
