Product Manager - Web Application

The team

You will be part of the Oneflow application team and will be responsible for the product along with another product manager. You will be working closely with developers and a designer and have regular communication with other departments.

Who you are

As a product manager in our application team you will focus on the operational side of managing the team's backlog while another product manager works more on the strategic aspects.

Skills & Requirements

To succeed you would need:

• 2 years of product management experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with customers, developers, sales, marketing, and customer success
• To know the art of saying “No” and you say it often
• To enjoy working operational, with an ambition to develop strategic skills over a period of time
• Experience from high-growth technology companies within SaaS or E-commerce
• Experience of working with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and concisely
• Experience of working with analytical tools likes Google Analytics, Mixpanel or Amplitude
• Background as a UX/UI designer, growth hacker or frontend developer

As a Product Manager at Oneflow you will

• Break down features, plan releases, monitor feature usage and performance
• Work with the team to improve the customer experience and define product specifications
• Manage the team’s backlog
• Define and analyze metrics that track the success of products
• Clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results to the team as well as all employees at Oneflow
