Here you would join a department specialized in developing products for network security. We work in autonomous and empowered teams in close collaboration with product managers and customer units. Your role will include all software development activities such as requirement analysis, design, architecture and implementation including continuous verification and validation. You get quick feedback from our state-of-the-art CI/CD environment but also from deployed systems. Our way of working is since long inspired by agile practices and methods with continuous improvements and innovation as part of the daily work.

You will

• Analyze product requirements and make design and architectural decisions

• Produce efficient, reliable and readable code of high quality

• Continuously validate that our solutions meet or exceed customer expectations

• Provide troubleshooting and customer support

• Take initiative to continuously improve products and processes

• Actively contribute to a robust team

• Report to Product Development Leader

To be successful in the role you must have

• BSc or MSc level in Computer Science or the equivalent level of knowledge

• At least 5 years of senior software developer experience

• Experience in software design and architecture

• Experience in development for embedded Linux

• Proficiency in more than one programming language, including C or C++

• Knowledge in network security e.g. IPSec protocols and SSL/TLS

• Knowledge in virtualization and containerization technologies

• Familiarity with Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, Jira, K8s, HELM
