About the role

We are currently looking for UI/UX designers.

Job Description

Essential Functions:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop mockups of UI and prototypes that illustrate sites function and look
• Create graphic designs
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
• Create layout adjustments based on feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images

Requirements:

• English speaking ability
• Compassionate and calm people
• Good with learning skills
• cares about society and social balance
• Long term goal-oriented person
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like e.g. Adobe Illustrator
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
