UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benefits.
The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
• Experience as a IBM Mainframe / COBOL developer
• Experience with databases DL/1- DB2 & SQL
• Experience with JCL, REXX and IMS
• Experience with assembler
Working language: Swedish and English
Meriting competence
• Experience of agile processes and DevOps
• Logistics experience
• Other technologies, e.g. Java
• Experience of modern mainframe development tools from MicroFocus/IBM
• Experience of Azure DevOps
• Automotive experience
About the position
-You will work as a Mainframe Application Developer/Systems engineer
- You will be developing mainframe applications for the automotive business and especially in the logistics area.
-Possibly working with Web services also
-You will work both independently and in groups and you will be a part of an agile team (Scrum/SAFe)
