In brief
Nordnet IT is divided into Development and Operations. Development consists of six (today) development “pipes” and one platform team. The pipes are independent, product oriented, agile, full stack teams including product owners (from our Innovations team), pipe masters, developers, QA and application support. The pipes' task is to take ideas to launch.

Our development environment is Windows or Mac, and Linux. Our test and production environments are Red Hat Linux.

This is part of the role
The “what & when” is handled by each pipe’s product owner, and the “how” is taken care of by the pipe.

You empower your team with your brain and sheer development muscle. You will participate in development, from idea to production launch. This includes refinement of requirements, design, development, highly automated test and deploy. Also, you and your team mates are working with operation and maintenance of the components within the product area of the pipe.

Our technical and architectural strategy is evolved by our platform team so you need to maintain a tight contact with them, especially when you want to strengthen our technical framework.

This is you
You have experience and expertise in software development. In your work you are organized, careful and methodical in a way that benefits the team's working climate and ability to deliver high quality solutions.

As a developer you:
* Are highly communicative, transparent and a good listener
* For you code wins arguments (ego doesn’t excite you)
* Are a finisher!
