Our customer is a rapidly growing, well-funded, AI focused, media-tech startup based in Stockholm, Sweden. We are passionate about media content and optimizing the user experience. Our mission is help broadcasters and platform operators solve the content discovery and recommendation problem. We add value to video services and consumers by connecting people more quickly to content the they enjoy – minimizing the time spent finding content and maximizing the time spent watching the content itself. We achieve this using our unique approach of applying the latest techniques in AI and deep learning to perform deep analysis on the content itself as well as consumer consumption patterns.
Our R&D teams work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, exploiting the very latest technologies and algorithm research to deliver solutions to our customers. The team is led by our CTO Giles Wilson, previously CTO at Ericsson TV & Media and SVP Technology at TANDBERG Television. Giles is a known globally as a leader in TV and Media technology. He is a SMPTE Fellow, has led teams that have won 5 Technical Emmy awards and been involved in many industry firsts including MPEG-4 standards, HD and 4K. He can still be found in the R&D department producing Python code with the team!

Key Skills Required
Required:
- Experience with design and training of complex neural networks including CNN and RNN.
- Knowledge of dataset preparation and augmentation strategies.
- Python 3, Keras, Tensorflow.
Preferred:
- TFX, Kubeflow, Dataflow
