THIS IS THE JOB

As a Solution Architect you are part of the dialog with clients in an early stage and you will be an important partner when it comes to advising our clients in different solutions. You will help the clients by finding new solutions and leading them in their way of improving their processes and work. You will be responsible for securing and creating requirements, designing, and be a strong leader when it comes to building, and continuously improving secure, reliable, and efficient applications.

YOUR WAY TO BE

You love to plunge into client’s businesses, so that you can find the absolute best solutions. You have a deep understanding of the methods and patterns that transform a series of instructions into a fully functioning system which is both easy to maintain and develop further. For us, it is of course important that you have a great understanding of the business process but it´s also important that you know the technology behind it.

As a person you prefer to be part of a team where you come up with the solutions together. At Stratiteq we learn from each other and share experiences from different projects. For instance, via brown bag sessions, internal conferences, or external trainings. We work closely together, and we take pride in the team effort and cheer for each other. Everything moves extremely fast in developer community, and you always need to keep up and stay tuned for what`s next. That means that you will be responsible for your own education allocation and budget.

One of the most important qualities we are looking for is passion, as we believe that if you have passion for your craft, you can learn the skills. However, you will succeed in this role if you have several years of experience in designing, building, and continuously improving secure, reliable, and efficient applications. You have been working hands on with C# and .net framework and have knowledge within cloud platforms (certification is definitely a plus). You should also be comfortable in both Swedish and English.
